The Website is operated under the registered business name VAYLO (ABN 45 603 819 862), based in Victoria, Australia (“VAYLO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.1 You may use the Website for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes, including browsing VAYLO products and accessing information about our brand.

2.4 Products marked “coming soon”, “in development” or similar are previews only. Their design, specifications, colours, availability, release timing and price may change before release. Displaying a future product does not guarantee that it will become available.

The current price, availability, delivery information and final purchase details will be shown on Amazon Australia before you complete your purchase. We may correct genuine errors or update Website content when reasonably required. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Purchases Through Amazon Australia
3.1 VAYLO products displayed on the Website are available for purchase exclusively through Amazon Australia. The Website does not process orders or payments directly.
3.2 When you select a link to purchase a product, you will leave the Website and be directed to Amazon Australia.
3.3 All purchases are completed through Amazon Australia and are subject to Amazon’s applicable checkout, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns processes and terms.
3.4 Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and confirmed by Amazon Australia.
3.5 Prices displayed on the Website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The final price, availability and any applicable delivery charges will be shown on Amazon Australia before you complete your purchase.
3.6 VAYLO does not directly collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed through Amazon Australia.
3.7 Nothing in Amazon’s terms, policies or processes—or in these Terms—excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Product Use and Safety
4.1 You are responsible for reading and following any product instructions, warnings and care information supplied with a VAYLO product.
4.2 VAYLO products must only be used for their intended purpose and with reasonable care.
4.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, VAYLO accessories—including carabiners, straps, clips, docks and attachment hardware—are intended for carrying or organising everyday items. They are not designed or certified for climbing, personal support, fall protection, rescue, load-bearing safety applications or any activity where failure could cause injury.
4.4 You should inspect products and attachment points before use and stop using any product that is damaged, excessively worn or otherwise unsafe.
4.5 Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Australian Consumer Law and Returns
5.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.2 You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
5.3 You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
5.4 Purchases and routine return and refund requests are processed through Amazon Australia. To initiate a return or refund, please access the relevant order through the Your Orders section of your Amazon Australia account and follow the available instructions. You may also contact VAYLO directly using the details in Section 14 if you have a product fault, safety concern or difficulty obtaining a remedy.
5.5 Amazon Australia may offer additional return rights, including change-of-mind returns, under its applicable policies. These additional rights operate alongside and do not replace or restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.6 Nothing in these Terms or Amazon Australia’s policies excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including the VAYLO name, logos, mountain icon, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, text, designs, layout and other materials—are owned by or licensed to VAYLO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may view the Website and save or print limited extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use.
6.3 You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written permission.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8.3 Amazon Australia collects and handles information relating to purchases, payments, deliveries and returns in accordance with its own privacy notice. VAYLO does not directly collect or store complete payment card details through the Website.
